食用方法：解凍後

微波爐：剪開料理袋取出蒲燒鰻魚，置入微波專用盤中，需以包鮮膜包好，放入微波爐中，強波約3分鐘，取出即可享用。
烤箱：剪開料理袋，取出蒲燒鰻魚，置入烤箱加熱約10分鐘，取出即可享用。
煲煮飯時，煮熟前5-10分鐘直接放在飯面
