牛匠岩手牛(威士忌牛),是只有當地A4/B4級或以上的牛肉才能獲的稱號。若以加熱時產生的香氣而言,牛匠岩手牛曾被評為全日本第一和牛。此品種每年只會出產1000隻,由於數量稀少,以往只供本地內銷之用,直至2020年末才引入香港,成為香港人最愛的日本和牛品牌之一。

The "Gyujin Iwate Beef" (Whisky Beef) is a title that can only be obtained by using A4/B4 grade or above beef from the local area. In terms of the aroma produced when heated, Gyujin Iwate Beef was once rated as the number one Wagyu beef in Japan. Only 1000 of this breed are produced each year, and due to its scarcity, it was previously only available for local consumption. It wasn't until the end of 2020 that it was introduced to Hong Kong, becoming one of the favorite Japanese Wagyu beef brands among the people in Hong Kong.
