由北海道十勝農場飼養大概180天，飼養過程無激素無添加，經日本指定屠場屠宰和切割後直送香港，豬肉味道濃郁，脂肪平均分佈，比起其他產地的豬肉更稔。

五花腩即豚肉腩部位置，脂肪較多，基本上脂肪和肉成五五之比，十分適合作火鍋食用，但日本豚肉特別之處就是脂肪部分特別爽口，沒有太多油膩的感覺。
