【自製泡菜湯】
材料:
1) 泡菜 1 杯,切碎
2) 豬肉片 1 杯 (可用腩肉、瘦肉、甚至牛肉或者蜆都 OK)
3) 豆腐 1 磚,切小件
4) 韓式辣醬 1 湯匙
5) 蔥段 適量
6) 蔥花 適量
做法:
1) 在鍋裡面先放泡菜、豬肉片、韓式辣醬 1 湯匙、糖 1 茶匙。
2) 加入水 3~4 杯,開大火煮滾後轉中火。
3) 煮約 20~25 分鐘後,開蓋,加入豆腐件、蔥段。
4) 再煮約 5~10 分鐘即可上桌,可撒蔥花裝飾。
