USAD Prime Premium

Harvested from young cattle under the age of 42 months, the premium beef has a rich marbling flavour and firm flesh and is usually grilled, roasted or pan-fried. Less than 2% of beef gets this grade, and most of it is supplied to high-end steakhouses and restaurants, which are difficult to find in supermarkets.

Sirloin steak has a perfect fat ratio, less fat than the naked eye, not too fatty, tender with a little bite, and the beef has a fragrant taste.

All steaks are individually packaged in vacuum, because of the vacuum, there will be no loss of moisture during storage, it is recommended to put the steak from the refrigerator to the freshness compartment the day before eating, and wait for the steak to thaw naturally.
