Description

USAD Prime Superior

USAD Prime is a grade of beef from young cattle under 42 months of age that is richly marbled and firm, and is usually broiled, roasted, or pan-seared. Less than 2% of beef is graded this way, and the majority is offered to fine steakhouses and hotels, making it more difficult to find in supermarkets.

The eye of the meat is rich in fat, usually with visible grease in the center, and has a soft texture, making it the more expensive part of the cow.

All steaks are vacuum-packed individually, because of the vacuum, there will be no loss of water during storage. It is recommended to put the steaks from the refrigerator to the freshness compartment one day before eating, and wait for the steaks to thaw naturally.
