Description

Miyazaki beef won the prestigious "Prime Minister's Award" in 2017, 2012, and 2007, proving the high quality and delicious taste of Miyazaki prefecture's Wagyu.

Miyazaki beef has a dense and smooth texture, with marbled fat evenly distributed throughout, making it rich in fat yet refreshing and not greasy in taste.

The ribeye is located behind the shoulder of the cow, consisting of two muscle groups. The meat is exceptionally tender and smooth, making it particularly suitable for the taste of people in Hong Kong. It is perfect for grilling or roasting.
