1.原味韓燒取出已解凍的牛肉，如想口感更佳，可擦上少少油，跟住再放上烤至兩面上色便可點韓式麻油醬或包肉醬配生菜食，美味可口一試上癮。
2.醬汁韓燒，取出解凍的牛肉，用刷子先均勻刷上烤肉醬，醃漬靜置5分鐘。將牛肉放上大火側，過程觀察是否煎烤上色，適時翻1~2次面，不要一直翻面。不用調整火侯，將兩面都烤上色澤後，再刷上一層烤肉醬即可品嚐。
